The symbol of festival „Tindirindis“ became a hazelnut. It is not ordinary hazelnut – it‘s well-groomed by Tindis and Rindis. At the first year grew up bronze hazelnuts. But they were too big and massive, so that‘s why it was too hard to travel them around the world. Then the bronze hazelnuts turned into crystal nuts. Each nut is impressive and unique – just like an animated films, awarded with glass nuts. It symbolizes lucid artist‘s soul and refers about consisting secrets in their hearts...

The aim of ANOBA prize is to encourage and to take note of region to the animation‘s art, and to show the North and Baltic animated films and directors at the international events.
Every year the international festival‘s jury is nominating animated short films by ANOBA award. Not every festival is an annual festival, therefore the prize is given to the subject, which has at least six nominations. The winner is elected by a jury made up of directors by ANOBA festival‘s network. The award is given once a year.
